Runaway Train...

First I wanted to apologize about the phone call which I totally monopolized with my whining and complaining. And it wasn't even about diet and eating so we couldn't commiserate together about it. But I did want to say thank you for letting me vent.

So, I don't know. I keep doing the same stinkin' thing. I mean, when you read all the success stories from women's world or similar mags these women aren't extraordinary . So what? Am I just motivationally challenged?  I mean what is rock bottom (bc I thought I already hit it) and how many times do I need to go there? Sheesh!  Blah. Also, I actually need to revise July 3rd blog bc I said I lost 0.4lbs...it was actually a gain of 1.8lbs. I don't know if I had weighed myself again during the week and saw 240 and that stuck in my mind so it was a loss by that following MON but I have 3 straight gains.

Here's last weeks update:  Ate whatever every day. Worked out on MON and WED doing the RIPPED. I tried some high impact on WED and the calf did really good. I was going to try full high impact on FRI and overslept. I woke up at 615 by the time I would've gotten to class it would've been 3/4 over. I was really ticked off. We started a new season on MON and I love it. So I just stayed in bed til 11 and then got ready for work. I didn't even go to Turbokick class on SAT and I love that class too.  Last MON (7/9) weigh in was 242.0. That is +2.4 lbs.

I guess I'm trying to get back on track: I'm trying to double up my workout again and just be mindful of my body. I did the high impact RIPPED today and was fine no pain in the legs. I am a little out of shaped  though. In 2 weeks of wishy-washy workouts, my cardio is affected already. It's stupid...I mean how long did it take to get cardio fit? Months and in less then 2 wks it's already going down hill? Stupid.

So for MON 7/16/12:
WT:  242.8,  +0.8 lbs
WO: 6am RIPPED, high impact!

Well the whole month of July was a big fat gain.  5 lb gain this month. This was supposed to be my super loss month. But hopefully today will begin my turn around.

Hopefully you'll see this..

I've been working out but not hardocore. MON, WED, FRI RIPPED class, TUES interval class. Nothing thurs (worked 10am-10pm).  I am working SAT at 10am to 4pm, then getting my AC fixed. So Maybe like 7pm on Sat for call or on SUN around 5pm.  I am totally eating whatever I want all day everyday. My hope is to not gain any weight. Thanks for the comments. They make me feel better. Haha, not necessarily DO better. I can't wait to have you back!

OUCH! and other musings.

So it feels like the universe is conspiring against me. It  takes me FOREVER to get in workout mode and then when I finally get deep in it , I get a calf strain to put a damper on it.  I've been having pain in my left calf  and I went to FRI RIPPED, did the 5 min warm up and tried 1 jumping jack and felt a snap, which felt good for about a second and then it hurt bad. I had to stop and leave class but I didn't want it to be a complete bust, so I went and did 30 min on the ET. Called the doctor and asked if they could get me in the same day and Dr said it's a calf strain.I have tears in my calf but I could still work out (and they wanted me to) but no high impact like running, jumping or twisting and a longer warm up would be good. Really...

My Stats:

6/29 FRI: 30min ET, eat good until I come home
6/30  SAT: 15min ET warmup, 8am turbokick, eat good until I came home
7/1  SUN: No wo and ate whatever
7/2 MON: 30m ET/ RIPPED (low impact style)
7/3 TUES: 13m ET/9am Interval

I did work 9hrs of OT on SAT and 10 hrs on SUN. Stayed til midnight last night, I'm kicking up the OT at first for my trip to Atlanta but I found out some info and now I have to save that money for another reason. When we talk, I fill you in. But basically I will be try to get as much OT as possible. We're allowed up to 24 hrs and I'm going to try hard to get them.

So basically same ol, same ol....Good workout and bad eating. Oh and weigh in was 239.6 which down 0.4lbs. So I'm at a standstill.  Still.
